But, for those who are willing to stay the course and follow the author's teachings, it all seems possible. As a narrator, Lowndes is a lot of fun to listen to. She understands her material thoroughly and reads naturally, engaging with listeners from start to finish. Her light-hearted approach pays off in this audio edition. All promises aside, this is a rather compelling listen that's enjoyable and informative as it is fun. A De Capo paperback.
